Cat lady that I am, I've taken pictures of just a couple of the many alley cats I see around my neighborhood. What caught my attention about this one was the mannequin enmeshed in barbed wire I saw in the alley. The barbed wire is on the wall of the U.S. base. Have to wonder how it got there....
