The Lucky High Mart sign is typical of what you see on small neighborhood stores here. What's funny to me often is that the Korean letters spell out the sound (more or less) of "Lucky High Mart," rather than whatever the Korean words would be.
I'm starting my next Korean class in a few days and looking forward to being able to communicate a lot more.
I thought the pink sign was funny because it doesn't seem to be advertising anything in particular, as far as I can tell. "Image Factory" seemed an appropriate phrase for Korea though, where appearances are SO important.
