Each May there are music and dance festivals outdoors on college campuses here. At Ajou there are often groups of students rehearsing different kinds of performances in the early evening.
A few days ago I stopped to watch a group that was doing the same kind of dancing I saw at the parade in Seoul.
The young man posing with me did a wonderful dance while drumming. I wish I had a video of it to post here. When he and his friends saw that I'd stopped to watch them practice, one of them came over and offered me something to drink. Before I knew it, they were feeding me onion pancake (one of the traditional Korean foods that I really do like) and we were toasting with makkoli (I've probably misspelled this. It's a type of rice liquor.)

These are lovely photos and you look like you are having fun. How wonderful! What is more, you don't even look like a giantess standing next to the young woman with the mega-pom poms on her head.
And what is with all of the "V" signs?
