St. Patrick's Day in Seoul

Well, I had to go to the St. Patrick's Day parade in Seoul just because it was there. I hadn't been to one in the US in decades, but I was curious what I'd see here. It was small, but fun. Here are a few photos. Unfortunately, we missed most of the official parade, which consisted of some expats groups, a military band and a Korean music and dance group, while walking along the water.

Truth is, I don't even like Guinness, but I couldn't resist posing with a live bottle of it.

The shamrock that says "NYC" was written by me. The letters above that spell out my name in Korean. I wrote it all by myself!
