first observations

A few funny things I've noticed so far:

• my bathroom, which has no separate shower or tub
• comfortable upholstered furnishings at the local Dunkin' Donuts
• the slogan "Happy Suwon Harmonious City" on the buses and bus stops
• kim chee pizza! It's better than it sounds--no cabbage on top, just in the crust.

And some language bloopers from the locals:

• "this meal is made by fish" (does anybody have a good picture to add here?)
• "Eyes breaking can help new students feel comfortable"
